Richard Fletcher Managing Director

Founder of Fletcher Jones, Richard has extensive executive search experience, most notably in the financial and professional practice sectors.

Since 2001 he has led the company’s Board practice and has developed Fletcher Jones’ profile in the Investment Trust sector Richard’s work also encompasses Board Appointments in the mutual sector, other listed, privately owned and family companies, and professional firms based across the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands.

Richard’s early career was in investment management and he is an accountancy graduate of Napier University. Richard is a long-suffering fan of Hearts football club and is threatening to take up golf again, or to at least re-visit the 19th hole!
