Fletcher Jones is one of the few executive search firms that is independently accredited for Cyber Essentials Plus.

Cyber Essentials is a United Kingdom government information assurance scheme that is operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). It encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. Cyber Essentials also includes an assurance framework and security controls to protect information from threats coming from the internet.

In order to give our organisation the highest level of assurance that we are protected against a whole range of the most common cyber-attacks, we opted for Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, which means that not only is Fletcher Jones confident of secure IT systems, this is also supported by a hands-on technical verification, carried out annually.
