Fletcher Jones is one of the UK’s longest established Executive Search practices with expertise in conducting Executive and Non-Executive Director searches where our clients often require a nuanced approach that is based on a strong understanding of their culture and specific requirements.

Our resources include a team of experienced Directors and in-house researchers, a focus on bespoke research which considers online resources and searching digital platforms, a personalised database of contacts, a national and international reach for candidates, a powerful network within the senior leadership and advisory communities, as well as offices in London and Edinburgh.

We provide a personalised service that includes being ambassadors for our clients, acting as an extension of the client’s brand, and we take this aspect of our role very seriously. We are also very cognisant that the current Executive Team and Board members may have existing relationships with the individuals who may become candidates, and we work hard to ensure good relationships are maintained, regardless of outcomes. From initial approach, we provide a service to candidates that is designed to make their interaction with Fletcher Jones as smooth and seamless as possible.

Fletcher Jones is signed up to the Voluntary Code of Conduct for Executive Search Firms and we ensure that we clearly understand our Clients’ agreed aspirational goals on gender balance and diversity. Without overriding the essential criteria of intellectual ability and appropriate experience, we always endeavour to present as diverse a longlist as possible in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.
