Monica Langa  Director

Monica is a former Fund Manager, who worked in the Wealth Management sector and holds a MSc in Investment Analysis as well as being a qualified banker and HR professional. 

She is a former Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), she continues to be an examiner for the Institute. With extensive experience of executive and non-executive appointments for listed investment funds, financial services organisations and professional services practices, Monica is a seasoned Board member and Co-editor of the book; ‘Directors’ Guide to the Boardroom’ (currently in the editing stage and due to be published by Routledge in late 2021).

In addition to search, Monica leads the Fletcher Jones Board Evaluation, Independent Remuneration Review Practices and oversees psychometric testing in relation to senior appointments.
