Jo MacLennan Director

Jo is a specialist in organisational development and transformational change and has extensive experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She has a strong track record as a strategic advisor to Executive and Non-Executive leaders and Boards who are seeking to enhance their delivery infrastructure and workforce.

Jo is also an accredited mediator and executive coach and has a keen interest in an organisation’s culture and values, seeking to understand how a leader’s effective behaviour shapes a businesses’ identity and strengthens performance. 

Jo holds a Masters in Business and Management from the University of Glasgow and a Post Graduate Qualification in Health Behavioural Change. Prior to joining Fletcher Jones she ran a boutique consultancy and previously held a number of senior appointments in the Civil Service for the Scottish and UK Governments.
