Laura McNaught Chair

Laura is a qualified lawyer, spending the earlier part of her career in private practice where she focused on commercial real estate.

She joined Fletcher Jones in 2001 and was appointed a Director in 2004, undertaking professional practice, financial sector leadership and board appointments. In 2016, Laura relinquished her executive responsibilities and was appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Fletcher Jones. She was appointed Chair in 2020.

Laura retains a longstanding interest in Not-for-Profit organisations, having successfully supported many leading charities with their senior appointments. Laura serves on the Accreditation and Validation Panel of Relationships Scotland and runs a private Relationship Therapy business.
