What to expect
Our overall aim is to research a target market within an agreed timescale, so that we produce the best possible candidates to suit our client's requirements.
Following our initial client consultation, we prepare a Client Briefing Report which gives details of the organisation, the role and the candidate specification. Once this is approved by our client, the Client Briefing Report provides a focus for our search efforts and is used to brief candidates at the interview stage.
Our consultants and researchers identify candidates through our extensive network of contacts and in-house resources. Selective calls are then made to appropriate individuals to establish suitability and to gauge their interest.
Potential candidates are interviewed by our consultants, who will evaluate whether their skills and competencies are right for the role. Our clients receive a short-list of suitable candidates, with concise reports on their backgrounds and experience. We also include any information that may affect their appointment such as notice period, remuneration package and relocation expenses.
Following client interviews we obtain feedback from both parties. Our consultants are able to act as intermediaries in the offer process, particularly with regard to remuneration packages. We also sensitively manage disappointed candidates.
